Stand up to McDonald’s labor abuse worldwide – June 6, 2013!

mcdonalds“On March 6, J-1 student guestworkers from around the world went on strike to expose exploitation and retaliation at McDonald’s restaurants in Central Pennsylvania. They joined U.S. workers and labor leaders in demanding that the fast food giant take responsibility for labor abuse at its restaurants. McDonald’s refuses to meet with the students about ending labor abuse—even when they delivered 100,000 petitions to the CEO’s doorstep. Now, the students are supersizing their campaign with a global day of action on June 6, 2013. They and their allies worldwide will demand that McDonald’s end labor abuse and support freedom of association for all its workers worldwide.” Siehe dazu die Aktionsseite der National Guestworker Alliance externer Link.
